Hello! I’m Matthew Gruman. I’ve been playing backgammon my entire life, but got serious about 20 years ago when I joined a club.

For 10 years I was the President of the Vancouver Backgammon Club.

About the Website

This site will hopefully serve as a resource for beginner backgammon players. I will occasionally post board positions with analysis, but there are much better resources. I will focus on explaining things the way I do for beginner players.
